As of February 2013, several changes occurred for Microsoft products. MSN and Hotmail have been replace by Microsoft Outlook. MSN Messenger has been replaced by Skype. If you’re using Outlook, this article will provide four alternative methods to quickly access your emails.

Set MSN as Home Page
The first option is to set MSN as your browser’s home page. Once you have changed your home page, when you open your browser MSN will appear as the first page. Next, click on Outlook.comand you will be able to access the email login page:
Click on the gear in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and then select Internet Options:
At the top of the window in the home page section, click Use current and select Apply to set your inbox as your home page. Now you will be able to quickly access you inbox when opening your browser.
Download RoboForum
The second option is to use RoboForum, which is a software that allows you to save login credentials for up to 10 accounts. Using this software will allow you to log in with a simple click.
Set MSN as Favorite
The third option is to save your MSN Inbox to your Favorites. To do so, go to your inbox and click on the star in the upper right hand corner. The select Add to favorites:
In the window that opens, select Add to add the inbox to your favorites. You can also modify the title in the Name field. Now each time you open your browser you will be able to quickly access your inbox from the Favorites Bar.
Use an Email Management Software
The fourth option is to use an email management software, such as Windows Live. Email management software is helpful to manage multiple email accounts in one place. Once you connect to Windows Live for the first time, it will import all messages from your account.
