Tata Motors launched Tiago XTA AMT

Tata motors has launched tiago xta amt — a new automated trim of its small hatchback — at rs four.79 lakh (ex-showroom, delhi). the brand new variation has been located below the pinnacle-spec xza amt, and is cheaper via round rs 46,000.

In comparison to the top-spec AMT, the new Tiago XTA AMT misses out on features like the alloy wheels, side indicators on wing mirrors, fog lamps, rear wiper and defogger, boot lamp, auto-down driver side window, cooled glovebox and the steering mounted audio controls.

Safety features including ABS, EBD and corner stability control have also been eliminated from the mid-spec variant, while the dual airbags are still available as an optional extra. There is no other mechanical change in the Tiago XTA AMT in comparison to the XZA trim. The sole engine option with the car is the 84PS, 1.2-litre petrol motor that comes mated to a five-speed AMT (Automated Manual Transmission).
The modern AMT gearbox also features a creep function that allows your car to crawl forward on its own by just releasing the brake pedal, helping in city traffic. Also, a Sport driving mode replaces the ECo mode which is available on the manual transmission trim, while the City mode remains unchanged.
