Taipei-based technology products seller BenQ on Tuesday launched its home video projector for a improved movie theater experience. Called “W8000”, the home video projector is a full HD 3D projector.The projector is specially made for cinematic colour modelled on “REC 709 HDTV Standard” to deliver redefined colour. “W8000 is BenQ’s first home theater projector which comes with exchangeable lens options and is built for custom installation. It is capable for breathtaking motion picture quality with all glass optics for the best viewing quality,” BenQ said in a statement. W8000 has state-of-the-art image regularity via BenQ’s pioneering Total Inner Reflection (TIR).
Recently BenQ launched a 35 inch monitor BenQ XR3501 with curved display and monitor was valued across the industry. Earlier this month BenQ’s SW2700PT photographer monitor was awarded the best device by Technical Image Press Association (TIPA). BenQ earlier launched EW2440ZH and EW2750ZL, 24 inch and 27 inch in sizes respectively. These new monitors were part of their Eye Care Monitors range as they include low blue light and flicker free technology.
