Windows 10 Starts Showing Android Device Notifications via Your Phone App

In its new insider Preview Build for Windows 10, Microsoft is functioning on a feature as a part of its “Your Phone” software that may display notifications received on android smartphones on computer screens.

Launched in 2018, “Your Phone” is an app for Windows 10 that allowed users to check recent photos taken on android phone directly on a Windows 10 computer and to send SMS messages from a pc.

“If you permit apps to display alerts on PCs, you can find out concerning an important message or standing update without reaching for your handset,” Engadget reportable on Sunday.

The new preview build is allowing insiders to check incoming phone notifications in real-time, customise notifications and clear notifications individually or all at once.

Users testing the feature want devices running android 7.0 candy with at least 1GB RAM.

The feature is being tested as a part of Windows 10 insider Preview Build 18885 (20H1).
